SEC. 3.1-445. TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR.

Disclosure Category 2. Persons in this category shall disclose (a) investments, business positions, real property and sources of income if any of these financial interests are subject to the regulatory, permit or licensing authority of the Treasurer-Tax Collector; and (b) investments and business positions in and sources of income from a person or an entity that provides services, supplies, materials, machinery or equipment to the Treasurer-Tax Collector Department, or that may foreseeably do so in the future, or that has done so within two years prior to any time period covered by a statement of economic interest.
