SEC. 2.1. RULES OF PORT COMMISSION TO BE OBEYED.

   From time to time, the Port Commission (or the Redevelopment Agency Commission pursuant to Article 7 hereof) may adopt and post rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Port Code. No person shall willfully disobey or violate any of the rules or regulations of the Commission or the Redevelopment Agency governing the use and enjoyment by the public of any park or of any building, structure, equipment, apparatus or appliance in any park, which rules or regulations, at the time, are posted in some conspicuous place in that area of the park or in or near the building, structure, equipment, apparatus or appliance to which the rule or regulation applies.

SEC. 2.2. SIGNS TO BE OBEYED.

   No person shall willfully disobey the notices, prohibitions or directions on any sign posted by the Commission.
