(a) Admission Fees. The following fees shall be charged for admission to the Conservatory of Flowers:

The Department General Manager or the General Manager’s designee may approve temporary increases of up to $7 to the non-resident Adult fees upon not less than 30 days’ notice, and/or may approve decreases to any category of fees at any time, based on one or more of the following factors: fluctuations in customer demand at particular times or on particular days or dates, rates at comparable facilities, adverse weather conditions, facility conditions, operating costs, and for tickets covering multiple garden admissions.
(b) In addition, the Conservatory of Flowers will be open without charge one day each month and on sponsored special event days.
(c) Facility Rental Fees. The following fees shall be charged for rental of Conservatory of Flowers facilities:

(a) The rates to be charged for parking in the Golden Gate Park Underground Parking Facility may be set by the SFMTA in accordance with Section 6.14. Until such time as the SFMTA has set rates with approval of the Recreation and Park Commission and the Board of Supervisors, the rates, which are subject to annual adjustment under Section 12.20, shall:1

(b) The deposit and expenditure of all amounts collected from this facility are subject to the provisions of the "Golden Gate Park Revitalization Act of 1998," of the Administrative Code.
CODIFICATION NOTE
(a) Fees for Adults.
(1) Facility Fee Per Hour:

(2) Additional Charges:

Exclusive Use/Tournaments, per day $45.00

Gaelic Football, per booking $180.00
Football (5 yards), per booking $160.00
(3) Not for Profit Fees are available to organized programs that serve San Francisco residents, and that do not generate income or compensation to the organizers and/or sponsors. The Commission shall establish criteria for the determination of organizations eligible for this fee. Organizations shall pay an application fee of $250.00 for certification for eligibility for Not For Profit Fees.
(4) For Profit Fees apply to organized programs, that generate income or compensation to organizers, fundraisers or subsidies to other programs. The Commission shall establish criteria for the determination of organizations subject to this fee.
(b) Fees for For-Profit Youth Programs and Camps.
(2) S.F. Resident Fees will apply to any youth summer camp or vacation camp except that any camp charging less than $3.00 per hour per child will pay no fee.
