SEC. 34.5. VARIANCE; APPEAL TO BOARD OF APPEALS.

Whenever the Board of Supervisors shall, by ordinance, enact a zoning reclassification of property pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall immediately notify the Assessor of such action in writing.

SEC. 34.2. CONDITIONAL USE AUTHORIZED BY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.

Whenever the Planning Commission shall, by resolution, authorize a conditional use pursuant to the Planning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit a copy of such resolution to the Assessor.

SEC. 34.3. CONDITIONAL USE; APPEAL TO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

Whenever the Board of Supervisors shall, by motion, disapprove the decision of the Planning Commission on appeal and authorize a conditional use, pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall immediately notify the Assessor of such action in writing.

SEC. 34.4. VARIANCE GRANTED BY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

Whenever the Zoning Administrator shall issue a decision granting a variance pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit a copy of such decision to the Assessor.

SEC. 34.5. VARIANCE; APPEAL TO BOARD OF APPEALS.

Whenever the Board of Appeals shall issue a decision granting or modifying a variance on appeal from the Zoning Administrator, pursuant to Charter Sections 4.105 and 4.106 and the Planning Code, the Executive Secretary of the Board of Appeals shall immediately transmit a copy of such decision to the Assessor.
