Whenever the Board of Supervisors shall, by ordinance, enact a zoning reclassification of property pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall immediately notify the Assessor of such action in writing.

Whenever the Planning Commission shall, by resolution, authorize a conditional use pursuant to the Planning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit a copy of such resolution to the Assessor.

Whenever the Board of Supervisors shall, by motion, disapprove the decision of the Planning Commission on appeal and authorize a conditional use, pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall immediately notify the Assessor of such action in writing.
