ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
§ 8-1 HOURS OF OPERATION OF PLACES OF AMUSEMENT.
   Except as herein provided it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, company or corporation, owning, operating, or in charge of a place of amusement or entertainment in the City of Flint, to provide any amusement or entertainment for patrons, customers, or guests between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., of each day, or to permit the premises to be occupied by patrons or customers, or guests between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of each day. The provisions hereof shall not apply to private homes, duly licensed and regularly operated theaters, amusement parks or bowling alleys.
