§ 29-1 AREA DESIGNATED.
   The parcel of land containing 5.431 acres situated in Blocks K and H of John Lucas Replat of John Birchmore’s Addition and in part of Section 7 of the Indian Reservation of eleven sections at and near the Grand Traverse of the Flint River, in accordance with the description on file with the City Engineer, City of Flint, is hereby designated as the Municipal Retail and Wholesale Growers’ Market.
