It shall be the duty of the City Clerk and any person or persons by him designated, and every police officer, to enforce the following regulations.
(a) No owner, operator or attendant shall permit any person under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics, or any person under the age of sixteen (16) years to handle or discharge any firearms upon the premises; provided, however, any person under the age of sixteen (16) years, accompanied by an adult, may be permitted the use of the premises.
(b) No firing range and/or shooting gallery shall be located nearer than two hundred (200) feet of any school, church or hospital.
(c) Such firing range and/or shooting gallery shall be open to the public only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and midnight.
(d) No gambling shall be suffered upon the premises licensed as a firing range and/or shooting gallery, but this shall not be construed to prevent the offering of prizes for marksmanship.
(e) A certified National Rifle Association range officer shall be on duty at the firing range and/or shooting gallery while said facility is open to the public as provided for in paragraph (c) hereof.
