§ 8-56  FREE INGRESS AND EGRESS OF OFFICERS.
   The Chief of Police and all such other constables and police officers as shall be designated by the Chief of Police shall have free ingress and egress to and from any shows, or exhibitions licensed under the provisions of this ordinance, and to and from all licensed theaters, halls, and rinks, for the purpose of preserving quiet and good order.
