(a) It shall be unlawful for any proprietor, lessee, operator, or manager of any dance hall, academy, restaurant, café, beer garden, tavern or any other place of public assemblage, to allow or permit any dancing or floor show entertainment in such dance hall, academy, restaurant, café, beer garden, tavern or any other place of public assemblage, between the hours of 1:45 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to dance or to participate in any floor show entertainment in any dance hall, academy, restaurant, café, beer garden, tavern or any other place of public assemblage, between the hours of 1:45 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.
