§ 8-23  “FIRING RANGE OR SHOOTING GALLERY” DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this ordinance:
   A FIRING RANGE and/or SHOOTING GALLERY is defined as a place open to the public, wherein a charge is made for discharging firearms at a target, and shall not be deemed to include ranges maintained by any military, police or other organization to which the public generally is not admitted.
