§ 8-14 “KEEPER OF CARD TABLE” DEFINED.

The KEEPER OF A CARD TABLE is defined to be one who owns, possesses or keeps a card table whereon others are permitted to play either for hire or otherwise; except that this ordinance shall not apply to the keeping of card tables not for hire, in a private home.
