§ 41-1 DEFACING OR DAMAGING PROPERTY AND THE LIKE.

   (a)   No person shall mark with any substance, or in any other manner deface or do damage to any building owned, occupied or otherwise used as a school within the City.

   (b)   No person shall mark with any substance, or in any other manner deface or do damage to any fence, tree, lawn or other fixture situated on lands owned, occupied or otherwise used by a school within the City.

§ 41-2 DISTURBING SESSION OR CLASS PROHIBITED.

   No person, while on public or private grounds adjacent to any building in which a school or any class thereof is in session, shall willfully make or assist in the making of any noise or diversion which disturbs or tends to disturb the peace, quiet or good order of the school session or class thereof.

§ 41-3 DISTURBING GATHERINGS OR FUNCTIONS PROHIBITED.

   No person while on public or private lands adjacent to any building or lands owned, occupied or otherwise used by a school within the City, in or on which any gathering or function is in progress, whether in the day or nighttime, shall willfully make or assist in the making of any noise or diversion which disturbs or tends to disturb the peace, quiet or good order of the gathering or function.
