During and upon the completion of the construction of the firing range and/or shooting gallery, the Chief of Police or his appointee shall have the right of inspection of said facility and if said construction is not in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore submitted and approved under § 8-25, the license issued shall be revoked forthwith and shall not be reissued except upon the approval of the Chief of Police.
