§ 39.07 FINES APPLICABLE TO ALL OFFENSES.
   The following ordinance violations may be heard in an administrative adjudication as set forth in this chapter. The fines set forth following each such violation are inserted as an administrative aide to the adjudication officer and the enforcement personnel of the village and are not intended to supercede the official fines for such violations, which are set forth in the code provisions describing the offenses and setting the penalties attributable thereto.
