§ 95.13 CONTAINERS TO BE PROVIDED.
   The owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises in the village upon which any garbage, ashes, household rubbish, miscellaneous rubbish, or special rubbish accumulate shall provide and maintain, clean and in good repair, adequate separate receptacles of the following material, construction, and capacity:
   (A)   A receptacle for garbage and miscellaneous rubbish shall be a suitable container with a close- fitting cover. It shall be watertight and provided with suitable handles for carrying. Each receptacle shall have a capacity of not less than ten gallons and not more than one yard, and shall be provided by any owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises.
   (B)   A receptacle for ashes and household rubbish shall be a suitable container and have a capacity of not less than ten gallons and not more than one yard, and shall be provided with suitable handles for carrying.
   (C)   A receptacle for special rubbish shall be of adequate strength, shall have a capacity of not more than three bushels, and shall be provided with suitable handles for carrying.
   (D)   Receptacles (commonly referred to as "dumpsters") for apartment buildings, condominiums, and other multiple dwelling units shall meet the following size requirements:
      Number of Units   Size (Yards)
         (For each additional 5 units, receptacle capacity shall be increased by 2 yards.)
   (E)   An owner, occupant, or lessee of premises consisting of a single-family dwelling, duplex, or multiple-dwelling unit having fewer units than the number specified in division (D) shall be permitted to utilize receptacles commonly referred to as "dumpsters."
