§ 110.40 MINORS FORBIDDEN IN BARS.
   No retail liquor licensee or employee or agent of the licensee shall permit or allow or suffer any minor to at any time attend any bar or to draw, pour, or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises, and no retail liquor licensee or employee or agent of the licensee shall permit or allow any minor to come upon, be present in, stand in, sit in, or enter any bar room or any room where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, or mixed irrespective of whether or not such minor is accompanied or escorted by an adult; provided however, a minor may be permitted to dine in a room used for dining and restaurant purposes if the room is separated by a suitable partition from the bar room.
