(A) No person shall engage in any sport, game, or amusement in the park system except at such places and times as may be designated by the park and then only under such rules as are prescribed. Further, no person shall walk, remain, or conduct himself upon such portion of the park system designated for any particular game, sport, or amusement in such a way as to interfere with the use of such portion by persons who are using the same for the particular sport, game, or amusement for which it has been designated.
(B) No person shall engage in any activity in a rough or reckless manner so as to endanger, injure, or damage persons or property in any way.
