A person commits the act of trespass when that person knowingly:
(A) Enters upon, or refuses to leave, any residential property of another, either where such property has been posted with "No Trespassing" signs, or where immediately prior to such entry or subsequent thereto, notice is given by the owner or occupant, orally or in writing, that such entry or continued presence is prohibited.
(B) Enters upon and uses private commercial property in violation of regulations promulgated by the owner or tenant in actual possession of the property where such regulations have been conspicuously posted by signs readily visible to all persons likely to come onto te said property, and where such regulations prohibit unsafe conduct such as roller skating, skateboarding, roller blading or using other sporting equipment on a semi-public commercial property.
(C) Refuses to leave any private commercial property in violation of regulations promulgated by the owner or tenant in actual possession of the property where such regulations have been conspicuously posted by signs readily visible to all persons likely to come onto the said property, and where such regulations limit the length of time that persons may be on the property without having specific tasks, duties or commercial business on that property.
(D) Enters upon, or refuses to leave, any public property in violation of regulations promulgated by the official charged with the security, care, or maintenance of the property and approved by the governing body of the public agency owning property where such regulations have been conspicuously posted or where immediately prior to such entry or subsequent thereto, such regulations are made known to the officer charged with the security, care, or maintenance of the property, his or her agent, or a police officer.
