§ 132.01 RESISTING A POLICE OFFICER.
   A person who knowingly resists or obstructs the performance by one knowingly resists or obstructs the performance by one known to the person to be a peace officer of any authorized act within the officer's official capacity commits the offense or resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
