The maintenance or sufferance by any person, owner, or tenant on their premises, unless licensed by § 119.01, of automobiles, buses, trucks, or other motor vehicles, trailers, trailer wagons, or such other vehicles originally designed for traffic or movement in and upon the public ways, not bearing a license or registration certificate as required by the state or any sister state for the then current year is herewith defined and declared to be a nuisance.
