(A) No person shall light or make use of any fire in the park system except at such places as may be established for such purpose and then only under such rules as may be prescribed therefor. Every fire shall be continuously under the care and direction of a competent person from the time it is kindled until it is completely extinguished. ('79 Code, § 2002)
(B) It shall be unlawful to start a fire of any kind in the Village Park without a permit for the same. ('79 Code, § 1002(10))
