(A) In the pond located within Village Park, the hours for fishing shall be the same as the open hours of the park itself, established by § 98.16 hereinabove.
(B) In all other ponds located on property owned or controlled by the village, hours for fishing shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. year round.
