No person shall trespass or enter any area or land owned by the village which is subject to a conservation easement unless such person has obtained the prior permission of an authorized village official as defined in § 98.01 for the purpose of removing trash or any other unnatural bodies or any natural bodies as required by sound conservation practices. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of § 98.99.
