   (A)   No person shall mark, injure, damage, destroy, or take in any way park plants or property of any kind, or any property of others in the park system, or otherwise interfere with the use of the park system by the public. No person shall bring any plant or portion of a plant onto the park system. No person shall remove, pour, or otherwise discharge any injurious or vile substance upon waters, grounds, or property of any kind in the park system. No person shall climb upon any plants, fence, structure, or property of any kind in the park system, except such recreational equipment as may be installed by the village for such purpose.
   (B)   The village may give rewards to the person or persons (other than police officers or employees of the park) who furnish information to the village directly resulting in the arrest and conviction of anyone who unlawfully takes, damages, or destroys park property. All claims for said reward must be made to the village within 30 days after conviction, and the village shall be the sole judge of any dispute arising over the reward and the person or persons, if any, entitled to share therein.
