No person shall make, aid, countenance, or assist in making any loud, unusual, or improper noise, threat, fight, disturbance, nuisance, breach of the peace, or disturbance of the peace and quiet in the park system, or be guilty of any disorderly conduct therein, or collect with other persons, in bodies or in crowds, for unlawful purposes, or for any purpose to the annoyance, obstruction, or disturbance of other persons or lawful assemblage.
