§ 157.02 MAINTAINING TRAILER UPON PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   It shall be unlawful to maintain or allow any trailer to be upon private or public property within the village, or to occupy any such trailer, but this prohibition shall not apply to the following:
   (A)   Any trailer which is in transit and which is occupied within the village for no more than 2 consecutive days or for more than 30 days in the aggregate during any 12-month period;
   (B)   Any trailer which is unoccupied and is not offered for lease; and
   (C)   Any trailer which is occupied by a nonpaying guest of the owner or lawful occupant of private property upon which the same trailer is located for an interval of not exceeding 15 days in any 1-year period.
