§ 95.14 USE OF CONTAINERS.
   (A)   The occupant or lessee of any premises in the village shall cause all garbage and nothing except garbage to be deposited in the receptacle or receptacles provided for garbage; and ashes or household rubbish and nothing except ashes and household rubbish to be deposited in the receptacle or receptacles provided for same.
   (B)   The owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises in the village may dispose of any garbage, ashes, or household rubbish produced on his own premises when such disposal is accomplished in a manner which does not create a nuisance or cause annoyance or discomfort to inhabitants of the village.
   (C)   All receptacles shall be placed outside the residence or other building in an accessible place, at ground level, and at the rear of the residence or building except that said receptacles may be placed near the street line within eight hours prior to the day of collection and must be removed within eight hours after the day of collection.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of any garbage, ashes, or household rubbish in any garbage receptacle belonging to the village.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit garbage, ashes, or household rubbish in any rubbish container or receptacle commonly referred to as a "dumpster" not owned, rented, or furnished for his use.
   (F)   Receptacles commonly referred to as "dumpsters" and rubbish containers used in the village parks shall be used for the deposit of trash from the use of village parks. No one shall transport any junk or garbage into any village park for the purpose of using said receptacles for the disposal of their personal junk or garbage.
