The parks shall be closed from 10:00 p.m. prevailing time in the evening until daybreak the following morning except at parks having lighted athletic facilities where the closing hour is 11:00 p.m., and in neighborhood or community recreation centers as specified herein. No person or property of any kind shall remain in the parks after closing hours unless permission has been granted by an authorized village official.
