§ 131.14 THEFT OF LAUNCHING RAMP SERVICES.
   A person commits theft of launching ramp services when that person knowingly launches a boat of any kind using the boat launch located within the North Point Marina on the shore of Lake Michigan without paying the fee to the operator of the said marina according to the operator’s posted schedule of fees.
