§ 110.39 AGE RESTRICTIONS.
   No retail liquor licensee shall employ any person under the age of 21 years for the purpose of selling, distributing, or otherwise handling liquor in any place where liquor is sold or kept for sale. This section shall not be deemed to prohibit the employment of persons 16 years of age or older by a retail liquor licensee for purposes other than that of stocking, selling, distributing, or handling liquor.
