§ 95.12 REMOVAL REQUIRED.
   The owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises in the village shall remove from the premises or otherwise dispose of all garbage, ashes, rubbish, and animal fecal material, and shall keep the premises at all times free and clear of any accumulation of refuse.
