§ 155.04 BARBED WIRE, ELECTRICALLY CHARGED FENCES.
   The use of barbed wire or electrically charged fence is prohibited on all residential lots. The use of barbed wire and electrically charged fence may be approved by the Building Inspector for lots other than residential lots, but not below a height of seven feet. All such electrically charged fence shall be clearly identified as such. As used in this section, the term BARBED WIRE shall include all variants thereof, including that fencing known as “razor wire” and “concertina wire.”
