§ 131.04 MINORS ON RAILROAD PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any minor to trespass upon or frequent any railroad tracks or sidings, or to board trains or alight therefrom where the same are in motion; provided that no child who is in or on any portion of any railroad property set aside for the use or convenience of the public shall be deemed to be trespassing if such child is in such place for the purpose of awaiting a train, meeting a person, or some other lawful purpose.
