§ 130.10 WEAPONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to carry any concealed weapons in the village without first having obtained a license to carry such concealed weapons duly issued under the laws of the state. ('79 Code, § 1909(10))
   (B)   No person shall carry concealed on or about his person a pistol, revolver, blackjack, sand club, sand bag, metal knuckle, bludgeon, or other firearm, or carry or conceal the same in any case or package, or have the same in or about automobile or any other vehicle. This provision does not apply to officers while engaged in the or other duly constituted peace officers and wardens, superintendents, and keepers of prisons, penitentiaries, jails and other institutions for the detention of persons accused or convicted of crime; nor for the following employees or agents while engaged in the discharge of the duties of their employment: conductors, baggagemen, messengers, drivers, watchmen, special agents, and police officers employed by railroads or express companies; nor to persons lawfully summoned by an officer to assist in making arrests or preserving the peace.    (C)   No person shall carry, conceal , possess, sell, loan or give to any person any blackjack, sand club, sand bag, metal knuckles, bludgeon, knife with a folding, fixed or collapsible handle and a stiff blade in excess of 3.25 inches (except for common kitchen or filleting knives kept in one's kitchen or fishing tackle box) or numchucks (being two or three pieces of wood, metal, plastic, or rubber, joined together by a chain, tape, or wire), and no person shall carry or possess, with the intent to use the same unlawfully against another, a dagger, dirk, billy, dangerous knife, razor, stiletto, switchblade knife or any other dangerous or deadly weapon or instrument of similar character.    (D)   For the purposes of this section, the word CARRY shall include the following specific meanings:
      (1)   To hold in one's hand;
      (2)   To have upon one's person;
      (3)   To have in one's clothing, jacket or other personal apparel;
      (4)   To have in any backpack, luggage, briefcase, sport pack, duffel bag, satchel or other enclosure held or carried on or about the person;
      (5)   To have or permit the same to be located in any unlocked section of a person's automobile, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle.
