No person shall destroy, deface, damage, or otherwise make unreadable, or cause to be destroyed, defaced, damaged, or otherwise made unreadable, any notice posted on public property that contains information to which the community is entitled under any state law concerning the identity or location of registered sex offenders or sexual predators.
