EDITOR'S NOTE: The City enters into Agreements from time to time with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 334, AFL-CIO, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Ohio Council 8, Local 1002, AFL-CIO, which Agreements provide for rights, privileges, duties and immunities of the City and Police Department and Fire Department personnel and other full-time and regular part-time employees of the City (listed in Appendix A of the AFSCME Agreement), conditions and incidents of employment, benefits and the like.
