244.142 CONFIDENTIALITY OF HEALTH RECORDS.

(A) Any information concerning an employee gained as a result of any record required or used in administering the City Employee Health Insurance Plan or Dental Insurance Plan shall be confidential. Information shall only be disclosed upon consent of the employee, judicial order or in administering the Plan.

(B) Any person disclosing information in violation of division (a) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
