(A) There is hereby established an Employee Assistance Program to provide personal assessment and counseling professional services to eligible employees and their families or dependents.
(B) The following shall be eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program:
(1) Employees who work full-time for the City;
(2) Employees who are otherwise eligible for medical coverage as an employee benefit;
(3) Elected officials;
(4) Family members or dependents of any of the above.
(C) The Employee Assistance Program shall be coordinated by the Director of Human Resources or such other person as the Mayor may determine, in accordance with the terms of any contract with an independent health care professional as approved by Council.
