244.262   DECLARED EMERGENCY COMPENSATION.
   (A)   During an emergency declared by the Mayor, pursuant to Section 648.01, an employee who is unable to report for work or who is ordered not to report for work by his or her supervisor, department head or appointing authority shall receive his or her normal rate of pay.
   (B)   An employee who is ordered to report for work or who does report when not ordered to do so shall receive his or her normal rate of pay and any overtime compensation, plus compensatory time off for each day or part thereof worked during his or her normally scheduled hours.
