244.19   EMERGENCY OVERTIME PAYMENTS.
   (A)   Any employee who is recalled to work after leaving work or on a day when he is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of four hours pay at his regular hourly rate, or one and one-half times his regular hourly rate for the time worked, whichever is greater, providing that the time worked or paid for does not abut the employee's workday. This provision shall apply only once in any four hour period.
   (B)   Notwithstanding subsection (A) hereof, in the Sewer Maintenance Division on all emergency call-outs, a Mechanic or C&M II and one C&M I shall be called out to investigate the complaint. They shall receive four hours pay for such call-out. If the complaint requires the callout of a crew, subsection (A) hereof shall then apply.
   (C)   Notwithstanding subsection (A) hereof, in the Water Supply and Treatment Division, if it becomes necessary to restart a raw water pump station at other than regular duty hours an employee shall be guaranteed four hours pay for each callout. Multiple call-outs within a four hour period shall be considered as a single callout. If the employee called determines that the problem is more serious than a "restart" after reporting to the site, he shall advise the Supervisor who may call out a crew, in which case subsection (A) hereof shall then apply.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to employees covered by Section 244.20.
