244.141 GROUP DENTAL INSURANCE.

The City shall provide a group dental insurance plan for the benefit of all employees of the City, participation in which shall be voluntary and at the sole expense of the employee. The Auditor shall establish a payroll deduction system for payment of the premium by the employee.
