The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 110 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Section 3 and Section 4 of Township 17 South, Range 1 East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to official plat thereof, being a strip of land 100.00 feet wide, the sidelines of said strip being parallel to and lying 50.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point on the East-West Centerline of said Section 4, Township 17 South, Range 1 East, lying South 86°27'04" West (South 86°42'43" West per Record of Survey No. 4192, filed February 14, 1957 in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County) 100.00 feet from the West Quarter Corner of said Section 3, Township 17 South, Range 1 East, said Corner is delineated as Engineer's Station 0+00 on Road Survey No. 659, dated May 1937 (R.S. 659, known as Olive Vista Drive, 40.00 feet wide, 20.00 foot half width), a copy of which is on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County; thence along the East-West Centerline of said Section 4, North 86°27'04" East, 100.00 feet to said West Quarter Corner of Section 3, thence along the Centerline of said Olive Vista Drive, North 86°27'04" East (North 86°03'45" East per R.S. 659), a distance of 2911.47 feet to the center of said Section 3; thence continuing along the centerline of said Olive Vista Drive North 86°26'58" East, 1617.37 feet to the Easterly line of that land described in Final Order of Condemnation in favor of Jamul-Dulzura Union School District recorded July 2, 1992 as Document No. 1992-0418170 in the Office of said County Recorder, said line also being the Point of Terminus.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 110 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107 of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District 110. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 110, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Spring Street, from Spring Gardens Road to Broadway, within Underground Utility District No. 110, carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic and is extensively used for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 111 of the County of San Diego:
A portion of Section 26 and Section 27, Township 15 South, Range 2 East, in the County of San Diego, State of California, being a 160 foot wide strip lying 80 feet on either side of a portion of centerline of Alpine Boulevard (SC1883) more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on centerline of said Alpine Boulevard being 270 feet easterly of the centerline intersection of (100 foot wide) Alpine Boulevard and (40 foot wide) Marshal Road as shown on Record of Survey 12657, filed April 19, 1990 in the Office of the San Diego Recorder;
Thence easterly along the centerline of said Alpine Boulevard to a point being 975 feet easterly of the intersection of 100 foot wide Alpine Boulevard and 74 foot wide South Grade Road (SA 370) as shown on Map 13736 filed March 18, 1999 in the Office of the San Diego Recorder, being the Point of Termination.
The sidelines of said strip will begin and end at right angles to the centerline of said Alpine Boulevard.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 111 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 115 of the County of San Diego:
That portion of Fractional Sections 34, 35, and 36, Township 13 South, Range 1 East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to United States Government System of Surveys thereof,
TOGETHER WITH that portion of Blocks 436, 437, 450, 451, 455, 457, 470, and 471 of RAMONA, according to Map thereof No. 644 filed in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder, in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within a strip of land 200 feet wide, 100 feet on each side of the centerline of Road Survey No. 688-5 (San Vicente Road) on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, bounded in the North by a line that is perpendicular to said centerline through a point distant 450 feet Northerly of, measured along said centerline of RS688-5 from the centerline intersection of San Vicente Road and Warnock Drive according to Map 644, and bounded in the East by a line that is perpendicular to the centerline of RS688-5 through a point distant 500 feet Easterly of, measured along said centerline of RS688-5 from the centerline intersection of San Vicente Road and Vicente Meadow Road according to Map No. 8301 filed in said County Recorder's Office.
TOGETHER WITH a 200 foot wide strip of land, 100 feet on each side of the centerline of Warnock Drive according to Map 644, bounded in the East by a line that is parallel with and lying 100 feet Westerly of the centerline of said RS688-5, and bounded in the West by a line that is perpendicular to said centerline of Warnock Drive through a point distant 500 feet Westerly of, measured along the centerline of Warnock Drive from the centerline intersection of San Vicente Road and Warnock Drive according to Map 644.
ALSO TOGETHER WITH a 200 foot wide strip of land, 100 feet on each side of the centerline of Wildcat Canyon Road according to Parcel Map No. 19032 filed in said County Recorder's Office, bounded in the North by a line that is parallel and concentric with, and lying 100 feet Southerly of, the centerline of RS688-5, and bounded in the South by a line that is parallel and concentric with, and lying 300 feet Southerly of, the centerline of RS688-5.

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 9 of said Block 12;
THENCE Northerly along the Westerly line thereof and its Northerly prolongation through the Westerly line of Lot 10 through 16 of Block 12, the Westerly line of Lot 9 through 16 of Block 13, to the Northwest corner of Lot 16 of Block 13, being also a point in the Southerly sideline of Lakeshore Drive (formerly Sycamore St.) according to said Map 353;

The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 116 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District 116. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 116, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Maine Avenue, from Mapleview Street to Woodside Avenue, within Underground Utility District No. 116, carries a heavy volume of vehicular traffic and runs through the main business district of Lakeside.

The resolution shall also specify the date upon which the utility service provider shall be permitted to discontinue overhead service and request the utility service provider to pay from the County's existing Rule 20A allocation any and all costs eligible for such payment under Rule 20A Section 3. Notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(A) and (B) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District 117. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No. 117, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of Cole Grade Road, from Fruitvale Road to Oak Meadow Road, within Underground Utility District No. 117, meets the following general public interest criteria established by the California Public Utilities Commission: (1) The road is extensively used by the general public and carries a heavy volume of pedestrian or vehicular traffic; and (2) the road is considered an arterial street or major collector as defined in the Governor's Office for Planning and Research General Plan Guidelines. The Board of Supervisors requests that the utility companies within Underground Utility District No. 117 pay for the installation of up to 100-feet of each customer's underground electric service lateral occasioned by the undergrounding.
