The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 105 of the County of San Diego:
A portion of Quarter Section 47 and Quarter Section 32 in the County of San Diego, State of California, per Map 166 recorded October 11, 1916 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, being a strip 150 feet in width 60 feet to the Northwest and 90 feet to the Southeast as measured at right angles to and parallel with the centerline of strip more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Quarter Section 47 per said Map 166 and as shown on Record of Survey 7377 recorded in the Office of said County Recorder March 18, 1971:
1) Thence along the North line of said Quarter Section 32 and the centerline of Central Avenue as shown on said Record of Survey, North 72º05'52" East, 1.22 feet to an intersection of the Centerline of Road Survey 656, on file in the Office of the San Diego County Engineer, the Northerly line of said Quarter Section 32, and the centerline of said Central Avenue, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
2) Thence leaving the Northerly line of said Quarter Section 32 and the centerline of Central Avenue, along said centerline of said Road Survey 656, South 04º42'30" West, 724.07 feet, to the beginning of a non-tangent 600 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly;
3) Thence continuing along the centerline of said Road Survey 656, Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 45º11'00" an arc distance of 473.16 feet;
4) Thence continuing along the centerline of said Road Survey 656, South 49º53'28" West, 1,100.00 feet, to the POINT OF TERMINATION.
The sidelines of said strip shall be extended or shortened to begin on the Southerly 20 foot half width sideline of Central Avenue as shown on said Record of Survey and terminate due North and due South of the Point of Termination.
Being approximately 7.9 Acres.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 105 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No.105. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No.105, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of the historical district of downtown Julian, within Underground Utility District No. 105, carries a heavy volume of traffic, and is located within the civic area of the community of Bonita.
