   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 67 of the County of San Diego:
   All those portions of Rancho Santa Fe, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1742, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, described as follows:
   1.   Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 8020;
   2.   Thence easterly along the southerly boundary of said Parcel 1 and its easterly prolongation to an intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of Via De Santa Fe, being also the westerly boundary line of Block 30 of said Map;

   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 67 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.

SEC. 89.269. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 68.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 68 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Sections 25 and 36, T.9S., R.4W., S.B.M., and those portions of Lots 21 and 22 in Tract D of Rancho Monserate, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 821, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
   1.   Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 1484, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, being also a point on the westerly Right-of-Way line of Mission Road;
   2.   Thence easterly at right angles to said westerly line 80 feet to the easterly Right-of-Way line of said Mission Road;
   3.   Thence northwesterly along said easterly line to the northerly Right-of-Way line of Stage Coach Lane, being 30 feet northerly from, measured at right angles to, the centerline of Road Survey No. 390, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County;
   4.   Thence easterly along said northerly line 57.5 feet more or less to a point which is distant 50 feet easterly from measured at right angles to the easterly Right-of-Way line of said Mission Road;
   5.   Thence northwesterly parallel to said easterly Right-of-Way line 570 feet more or less to a point on the southerly boundary of Map 9937, on file in the Office of said Recorder;
   6.   Thence N89o31'44"W. 32 feet more or less along said southerly boundary to an angle point therein;
   7.   Thence southerly and westerly along said boundary to the easterly Right-of-Way line of said Mission Road;
   8.   Thence northerly along said easterly Right-of-Way line as shown on said Map 9937 to the northerly boundary of said Map;
   9.   Thence N89o57'21"W 32 feet more or less to the easterly Right-of-Way line of Mission Road, California Highway Commission Road 1-C;
   10.   Thence northerly along said easterly Right-of-Way line to the southerly boundary of Map 9387, on file in the Office of said Recorder;
   11.   Thence easterly along said southerly boundary to the southwest corner of Lot 23 of said Map;
   12.   Thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot to the northwest corner thereof;
   13.   Thence westerly at right angles to said westerly line 101 feet to the westerly Right-of-Way line of said Mission Road;
   14.   Thence southerly along said westerly Right-of-Way line 300 feet more or less to an angle point therein;

   16.   Thence southerly along said line 150 feet more or less to another angle point therein;
   17.   Thence N0o02'15"E along said line to another angle point therein, said line being also the East line of the NW quarter of the SW quarter of the SE quarter of said Section 25, T.9S., R.4W.;
   18.   Thence southerly along said westerly Right-of-Way line to its intersection with the westerly boundary of Lot 21 of Tract D of Rancho Monserate, according to Map thereof No. 821, on file in the Office of said Recorder;
   19.   Thence southerly along said westerly boundary 160 feet more or less to a point on a line which is parallel with and distant 70 feet from measure at right angles to the centerline of said Mission Road (CHC 1-C);
   20.   Thence southerly along said parallel line to an intersection with the westerly prolongation of the centerline of said Stage Coach Lane;
   21.   Thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the centerline of Olive Hill Road which is distant 50 feet westerly from said centerline of Mission Road;
   22.   Thence southerly parallel with said centerline of Mission Road 55 feet to the westerly Right-of-Way line of said Mission Road;
   23.   Thence southerly along said westerly Right-of-Way line to the Point of Beginning.
   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 68 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.

SEC. 89.270. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 69.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 69 of the County of San Diego:
   All those portions of El Cajon Valley Company's Lands, Lakeside Heights, and Riverview Farms, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Maps thereof No. 289, 751, and 1683, respectively, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, described as follows:
   1.   Beginning at the intersection of the easterly Right-of-Way line of Wintergardens Boulevard with the southerly line of Record of Survey 9285, on file in the Office of said Recorder, being distant 20 feet easterly from, measured at right angles to, the southwest corner of said Record of Survey;
   2.   Thence northerly along said easterly Right-of-Way line to the beginning of a tangent 20-foot radius curve, concave southeasterly, being also tangent to the southerly Right-of-Way line of Rockcrest Road;

   The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 69 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.

SEC. 89.271. UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 70.
   The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 70 of the County of San Diego:
   Those portions of Jamacha Boulevard, in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within Sweetwater Springs Ranch Unit No. 3, according to Map thereof No. 4518, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, and together with those portions shown on Road Surveys 629 and 1343, copies of which are on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, described as follows:
   1.   Beginning at the southerly corner of Lot 100 of said Map 4518, being a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard;
   2.   Thence northeasterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to the northeasterly right-of-way line Spring Glen Lane as shown on said Map 4518;
   3.   Thence southeasterly along the prolongation of said northeasterly right-of-way line 80 feet to the southeasterly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard;
   4.   Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to a point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of said Lot 100;
   5.   Thence northwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
