The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 4 of the County of San Diego:
That portion of the County of San Diego lying within a strip of land 300 feet wide, being 150 feet on each side of the center line of Palm Street described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly right of way line of Imperial Avenue as said right of way line is shown on Road Survey 1243 with the center line of Palm Street as said center line is shown on Road Survey 1756-1 plats of both of which are on file in the office of the County Engineer of San Diego County, thence easterly along said center line of Road Survey 1756-1 to Engineer's Station 43+00; excepting from said 300 foot strip the easterly 558 feet of the northerly 150 feet thereof. The northerly and southerly lines of said 300 foot strip shall be prolonged or shortened at their westerly extremities so as to terminate in the above mentioned easterly right of way line of Imperial Avenue, Road Survey 1243, as shown on the map entitled "Underground Utility District No. 4" which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors as Document No. 422530 and in the office of the County Engineer of the County of San Diego.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 4 and notices of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.
