The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 4 of the County of San Diego:
That portion of the County of San Diego lying within a strip of land 300 feet wide, being 150 feet on each side of the center line of Palm Street described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly right of way line of Imperial Avenue as said right of way line is shown on Road Survey 1243 with the center line of Palm Street as said center line is shown on Road Survey 1756-1 plats of both of which are on file in the office of the County Engineer of San Diego County, thence easterly along said center line of Road Survey 1756-1 to Engineer's Station 43+00; excepting from said 300 foot strip the easterly 558 feet of the northerly 150 feet thereof. The northerly and southerly lines of said 300 foot strip shall be prolonged or shortened at their westerly extremities so as to terminate in the above mentioned easterly right of way line of Imperial Avenue, Road Survey 1243, as shown on the map entitled "Underground Utility District No. 4" which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors as Document No. 422530 and in the office of the County Engineer of the County of San Diego.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 4 and notices of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

All that territory in the County of San Diego, State of California, being a portion of Solana Beach according to Map thereof No. 1749 filed with the office of County Recorder of the County of San Diego and lying within the following described boundary:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 16, of said Solana Beach; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Lots 4 through 9, all of said Block 16, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence Westerly in a direct line to the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 25 of said Solana Beach; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Lots 6 and 13 of said Block 25, to the approximate Mean High Tide Line of the Pacific Ocean, as shown on said Map No. 1749; thence Northerly along Mean High Tide Line to the Westerly prolongation of a line which is parallel with and 110.00 feet Northerly of the Southerly line of Lot 1, Block 23 of said Solana Beach; thence Easterly along said Westerly prolongation of said line to the Northeast line of Pacific Avenue, being also the southwesterly line of Block 21, both as shown on said Map No. 1749; thence Southerly and Northerly along the Southwesterly and Easterly boundary of said Block 21 to the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of Lot 40, Block 17 of said Solana Beach; thence Easterly along said Westerly prolongation, along the Southerly line of Lots 40 and 7 of said Block 17, and along the Easterly prolongation of said line to the Westerly line of Lot 33, Block 15 of said Solana Beach; thence Southerly along said Westerly line to the Southwest corner of said Lot 33; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Lot 33 through 38 of said Block 15, to the Southeast corner of said Lot 38; thence Easterly along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Block 15 to the Northerly prolongation of a line which is parallel with and 150.00 feet Easterly of the Easterly line of said Block 15; thence Southerly along said Northerly prolongation to the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of said Block 16; thence Westerly along said Easterly prolongation to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 5 and notices of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

Wallace Subdivision, Map No. 1226, filed in the office of County Recorder of the County of San Diego; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot 17 to the Northerly line of the South half of said lot; thence Easterly along said Northerly line and along the Easterly prolongation of said line to the center line of 45th Street shown as Vista Street on said Map No. 1226; thence Southerly along said center line to the San Diego City boundary, being also the Northerly line of Lot 50, Horton's Purchase, Map No. 283, filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Lots 50 through 48 of said Horton's Purchase to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 48; thence Northwesterly along the Westerly line of Lot 47 of said Horton's Purchase to a line which is parallel with and 150.00 feet Northerly of said Northerly line of said Lot 50 through 48; thence Easterly along said parallel line to the Westerly line of Lot 18 of said Map No. 1226; thence Northerly along said Westerly line to the point of beginning.
