The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 53 of the County of San Diego:
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 15
UTILITY OVERCROSSING AT
MISSION ROAD, STEWART CANYON ROAD
AND TECALOTE LANE, FALLBROOK
UTILITY OVERCROSSING AT
MISSION ROAD, STEWART CANYON ROAD
AND TECALOTE LANE, FALLBROOK
Those portions of Rancho Monserate and Sections 14, 15, 22, 23 and 26 of Township 9 south, Range 3 west San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego, State of California described as follows:
1. Beginning at station 2362 on "Lo" line as shown on California State Highway Construction Plans for Interstate Highway 15, said plans approved by registered Civil Engineer No. 18558, thence westerly radially from said station, to the new westerly state right-of-way of 1-15;
2. thence northerly along said right-of-way to a point on said right-of-way which is on the radial of station 2490 on "Lo" line of said State Highway Construction Plans;
3. thence easterly along said radial to said station 2490;
4. thence along the easterly extension of said radial to the new easterly right-of-way shown on said State Highway Plans;
5. thence southerly along said state right-of-way to its intersection with a line parallel to the centerline of Stewart Canyon Road and 50.00 feet northerly of said center line, said center line is also shown as "S" line on said State Highway Construction Plans;
6. thence westerly parallel to said centerline and 50.00 feet northerly thereof to the intersection with a line which is concentric to the line shown as "FES" line on said State Highway Plans and 150 feet westerly thereof;
7. thence southerly concentric to said "FES" line and 150 feet westerly thereof to the intersection with a line parallel to said centerline of Stewart Canyon Road and 100 feet southerly thereof;
8. thence easterly parallel to the centerline of Stewart Canyon Road and 100 feet southerly thereof to the new easterly State Highway Right-of-Way;
9. thence southerly along said right-of-way to its intersection with the easterly extension of the radial to station 2362 on "LO" line shown on said State Highway Plans;
10. thence westerly along said easterly radial extension to the point of beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 53 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(A) and (B) of this division.

All those portions of Map 788, Guajome Fruit Colony and that portion of Lot 5 of the partition of Rancho Guajome as designated on the partition map attached to and made a part of the report of the referees in partition of said Rancho and adjoining lands in that certain action in the Superior Court of San Diego County wherein Susie B. Couts was plaintiff and Richard O'Neill, Sr.,
et al, were defendants, which report and map are on file in the office of the Clerk of said Superior Court - Case No. 10201 - in the County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
1. Beginning at the most easterly corner of land described in Parcel 3 of Deed to M.L. Knapp, et al, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County April 30, 1942 in Book 1340, Page 248;
2. Thence South 72o01' west to a point on the westerly right-of-way of a County road known as North Santa Fe Avenue, said point being true point of beginning;
3. Thence southerly along said westerly right-of-way 300.00 feet;
4. Thence south 72o01' west, parallel with the southeasterly line of said Parcel 3 of said Knapp land, at right angles to the centerline of said North Santa Fe Avenue, 794 feet more or less to a point on the easterly line of that tract of land designated on said partition map as "Estate of Ysidora B. 5. Thence southerly along said easterly line and the southerly prolongation thereof to a point on the north line of Section 13, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian;
6. Thence north 89o27' west along said north line to a point on the southeasterly boundary of the original Rancho Guajome;
7. Thence south 33o18' west along said southeasterly boundary to the southeast corner of Rancho Guajome;
8. Thence north 57o12' west, along the southwesterly boundary of Rancho Guajome to an angle point in the boundary of said Lot 5 at the southeasterly terminus of the line of said boundary having a bearing on said partition map of south 57o east 4873 feet;
9. Thence north 60o49'40" east 1276.52 feet to the southwest corner of said 100.9 acre tract;
10. Thence north 5o50' east along the westerly line of said tract and along the northerly prolongation of said westerly line, said westerly line and its northerly prolongation also being the boundary of the City of Oceanside, to the southerly right-of-way of a County road known as North Santa Fe Avenue;
11. Thence westerly along the boundary of the City of Oceanside to an angle point of said City boundary;
12. Thence north 33o15' east along said boundary of the City of Oceanside to the northerly right-of-way of said North Santa Fe Avenue;
13. Thence continue north 33o15' east along said boundary of the City of Oceanside to a point on said bearing which is 290.65 feet from the centerline of North Santa Fe Avenue;
14. Thence south 56o48'40" east to the northerly right-of-way of North Santa Fe Avenue;
15. Thence easterly along said northerly right-of-way to the westerly boundary of property described in Document 78-376845 filed with the Recorder of San Diego County;
16. Thence northeasterly along said westerly boundary to the intersection with a line parallel to the centerline of North Santa Fe Avenue and 200.00 feet northerly thereof;
17. Thence easterly parallel with the centerline of North Santa Fe Avenue and 200.00 feet northerly thereof to the intersection with the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of that tract of land designated on said partition map as "Estate of Ysidora B. De Couts 100.9 Acres";
18. Thence southerly along said northerly prolongation and said easterly line of that tract of land designated on said partition map as "Estate of Ysidora B. De Couts 100.9 acres" to the most southerly corner of said Parcel 3 of said Knapp land;
19. Thence north 72o01' east to the true point of beginning.

2. Thence westerly perpendicular to said centerline of San Elijo Avenue to the westerly right-of-way of San Elijo Avenue, such point of said right-of-way being the true point of beginning;

That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 11 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey, said portion being that part of Mountain Meadow Road Relocation, according to Map thereof No. R.S. 603-65, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 17:
1. Thence North 87o23'59" East along the Southerly line of said Section 17, to the Westerly right-of-way line of said Mountain Meadow Road, R.S. 603-65, said point being the true point of beginning;
2. Thence Northerly along said Westerly right-of-way line to a point on said right-of-way, which is on the radial of Station 15 + 33.72 as shown on R.S. 603-65;
3. Thence Southeasterly along said radial and its Southeasterly prolongation thereof to the Easterly right-of-way line of said Mountain Meadow Road, R.S. 603-65;
4. Thence Southerly along said right-of-way line to the Southerly line of said Section 17;

That portion of Section 17, Township 11 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 61 of Hidden Meadows Unit No. 2, according to map thereof No. 7653, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on June 6, 1963:
1) thence South 1o05'56" East along the westerly line of Mountain Meadow Road 519.00 feet to an intersection with the centerline of Glenmeade Way as shown on said map being the true point of beginning;
2) thence Southerly along said westerly line as shown on said Map, as shown on Map No. 5744 of the Meadows Unit No. 1, filed in the Office of said Recorder, June 9, 1966, and as shown on Map No. 9488 of County Tract No. 3629-1, filed in the Office of said Recorder, December 12, 1979, to a point on the centerline of Meadow Glen Way East;
