The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 107 of the County of San Diego:
All those portions of Quarter Section 31 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, together with portions of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1991, portions of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 8661, Lot 7 of Bonita Estates, Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 8621, portions of Quarter Section Nos. 22 and 23, according to said Map No. 166 and Lots 6 and 8 of Sweetwater Manor, according to Map thereof No. 2159, more particularly as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the centerline of Bonita Road, said point being also the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section 22; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Quarter Section 22, a distance of 111 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said point being 50 feet Easterly of the Easterly sideline of said Bonita Road;
1) Thence Northeasterly along a line that is 50 feet Easterly and Southeasterly of and parallel with said sideline to a point that is 50 feet Southeasterly of the Southeasterly sideline of Sweetwater Road;
2) Thence Northwesterly, at right angles to the centerline of said Sweetwater Road, to a point that is 50 feet Northwesterly of the Northwesterly sideline of said Sweetwater Road, as said Road is shown on said Map No. 8621;
3) Thence Southwesterly along a line that is parallel with and 50 feet Northwesterly and Northerly of said sideline of Sweetwater Road through Lot 7 of said Map 8621, Parcels 2 and 1 of said Parcel Map 8661, Lots 6 and 8 of said Map No. 2159 and portions of said Quarter Section 31 to a point in Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map No. 1991 that is 50 feet Southwesterly of the Southwesterly sideline of Briarwood Road, as shown on said Parcel Map;
4) Thence Southeasterly, at right angles to the centerline of said Sweetwater Road as shown on said Parcel Map, to a point that is 50 feet Southeasterly of the Southeasterly sideline of said Sweetwater Road;
5) Thence Northeasterly and Easterly along a line that is parallel with and 50 feet Southeasterly and Southerly of the Southeasterly and Southerly sideline of said Sweetwater Road to a point that is 50 feet Easterly of the Easterly line of said Bonita Road;
6) Thence Northerly along a line that is 50 feet Easterly of said Easterly line of Bonita Road to the True Point of Beginning.
The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 107 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Section 89.107(a) and (b) of this Division.
It is the finding of the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County that the public health, safety and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No.107. The Board of Supervisors further finds that Underground Utility District No.107, herein created, is in the general public interest because that portion of the community of Bonita, within Underground Utility District No. 107, carries a heavy volume of traffic, and is located adjacent to a civic recreation area.
