The Board of Supervisors shall by subsequent resolution set the dates by which all affected property owners shall be ready to receive underground utility service and by which the utility or utilities must remove all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures and make the necessary underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication or similar or associated service within Underground Utility District No. 69 and notice of the adoption of such subsequent resolution shall be given by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in the manner provided in Sections 89.107(a) and (b) of this division.

The following described portion of San Diego County, State of California, is hereby declared to be Underground Utility District No. 70 of the County of San Diego:
Those portions of Jamacha Boulevard, in the County of San Diego, State of California, lying within Sweetwater Springs Ranch Unit No. 3, according to Map thereof No. 4518, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, and together with those portions shown on Road Surveys 629 and 1343, copies of which are on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County, described as follows:
1. Beginning at the southerly corner of Lot 100 of said Map 4518, being a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard;
2. Thence northeasterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to the northeasterly right-of-way line Spring Glen Lane as shown on said Map 4518;
3. Thence southeasterly along the prolongation of said northeasterly right-of-way line 80 feet to the southeasterly right-of-way line of Jamacha Boulevard;
4. Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly right-of-way line to a point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of said Lot 100;
5. Thence northwesterly to the Point of Beginning.

2. Thence along said right-of-way line N.59o26'05"W. 12 feet to an angle point therein;
3. Thence northeasterly along said right-of-way line 3,000 feet more or less to an intersection with the southerly right-of-way line of Campo Road;
4. Thence westerly along said southerly right-of-way line to an intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of said Jamacha Boulevard;
5. Thence southwesterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line 5,200 feet more or less to an intersection with the northerly line of Lot 31 of said Map 576;
6. Thence continuing southwesterly along said right-of-way line 2198.32 feet;
